All sensors in our systems are pre-calibrated and rigorously tested before shipping. However, it's crucial to understand that each sensor has a specific lifespan. Over time, various factors such as sensor type, humidity levels, gas concentrations, and temperature conditions can cause sensitivity to drift, resulting in diminished sensor performance. Eventually, this degradation necessitates replacing the sensors with new, calibrated units. The replacement process is as follows
Begin by completing our Calibration Request form.
WssTec will process your request, prepare the new sensors, and calibrate them accordingly.
WissTec will dispatch the newly calibrated sensor capsules to you. Be sure to retain the calibration certificate.
Send the old sensors back, including a copy of your original calibration request form.
you'll receive offset credits for the returned old sensors.
